The hunt begins with off-market properties. What is an off-market property? Simply, it is a property that has been appraised and/or listed by a selling agent but has not yet been listed on the mainstream real-estate portals, and therefore, does not have a digital footprint. To be able to buy an off-market property, you need to be connected. Through years of industry experience, we have already established and deep-seeded relationships with selling agents across greater Sydney.
Whilst off-market property, at face value, may seem to be the magic answer, there are significant points of which to beware; they could be mutton dressed as lamb, sellers may have a “wish price” which is why they are off-market or the sellers may be fishing for price and not actually selling.
